1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or entering our venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the venue.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the gaming floor, the bar, or to register a player account. Government-issued photo ID may be required at the door.
3. Right of admission
Management reserves the right of admission. We may refuse entry, end a session, or remove a guest at our discretion to protect the safety, comfort, and fair enjoyment of all visitors.
4. Conduct on the floor
Tampering with machines, collusion at the tables, intoxication, and abusive behaviour are not tolerated. Photography may be restricted on the gaming floor — please ask staff before filming.
5. Payouts and disputes
All wins are paid in accordance with the posted rules of each game and the policies of the venue. Disputes must be raised with floor management at the time of the event. Audited machine logs and dealer call records are final.
6. Promotions and raffles
Each promotion or raffle is governed by its own posted terms. Generally: 18+, one entry per valid receipt unless otherwise stated, and the venue's decision is final.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, branding — is the property of Victoria Casino or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Victoria Casino is not liable for personal property lost or damaged on the premises, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
