Play safely
Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be fun. If it stops being fun, we want you to feel comfortable taking a step back — and to know what support is available.
⏱️
Set a time limit
Decide how long you'll play before you start — and stick to it.
💷
Set a money limit
Only play with money you can afford to lose — never with rent or essentials.
🚫
Don't chase losses
If you lose, walk away. Trying to win it back rarely works.
🧘
Take breaks
Long sessions cloud judgement. Step outside, eat, sleep.
Self-exclusion
If you'd like to be excluded from our venue for a period — voluntary self-exclusion — speak to floor management or message us privately. Requests are confidential. Self-exclusion can run from 30 days to permanent.
Warning signs
- You're playing longer or spending more than you intended.
- You're borrowing money to play or chasing losses.
- Gaming is interfering with work, family, or sleep.
- You feel anxious or low when you're not playing.
- You hide your play from people close to you.
If any of these feel familiar, please reach out — to a friend, a family member, or to us. We won't judge, and we'll help you find support.
